Toner
Usually toner is used in digital printing machines that use electrostatic sensitization, while Océ's CrystalPoint process toners have innovated the application of toner, as shown in Figure 1. The process uses microsphere toner, which is called TonerPearls by Océ. This toner can be converted into a gel, which is then inkjet printed on the paper surface, and the printing effect is half. Light, the image does not change when it meets water. Since the toner does not dissolve during printing, the CrystalPoint process achieves high-precision detail reproduction, and there is no feathering due to ink spreading on sharp edges. The latest ColorWave 600 digital press is the latest in this new process.
