In the selection of display materials for display stands and light boxes, what are the selection criteria for gray-backed PET, high-density gray-backed PP and other materials? Have weather resistance and UV resistance been considered?

Selection criteria for gray backed PET
1. Weather resistance:
Gray-backed PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate) has become a leader among display materials due to its excellent physical and chemical stability. The weather resistance of the material is crucial when exposed to prolonged exposure to sunlight outdoors or indoors. HANKER's gray backing PET has undergone special processing to effectively resist temperature changes, humidity fluctuations and acid and alkali erosion, ensuring that it does not discolor or deform for long-term display. We use advanced material testing equipment to simulate extreme climate conditions and verify its weather resistance to ensure that it can maintain excellent display effects in complex and changeable natural environments.
2. UV resistance:
Ultraviolet rays are one of the main causes of material aging and fading. HANKER's gray backing PET is specially added with highly effective anti-UV additives. These additives can absorb or reflect UV rays, significantly reducing the damaging effect of UV rays on the material. Through laboratory accelerated aging tests, we proved that the material can still maintain its original color brightness and physical strength under long-term ultraviolet irradiation, extending the service life of the display material.
3. Optical properties:
In addition to its weather resistance and UV resistance, gray-backed PET is ideal for displaying high-quality images and text due to its good light transmission and uniform color saturation. Selection criteria for high density gray backed PP
1. Weather resistance and strength:
High-density gray backing PP (Polypropylene, polypropylene) occupies a place in the field of display materials with its high strength, light weight, and impact resistance. The high-density gray backing PP used by HANKER further improves its weather resistance and mechanical strength through special formula and processing technology. This material not only maintains structural stability in harsh weather conditions, but also effectively resists tearing and abrasion, ensuring the display's stability and durability.
2. UV resistance and heat resistance:
Similar to gray-backed PET, high-density gray-backed PP also focuses on UV resistance. We use advanced modification technology to evenly disperse anti-UV additives into the material to effectively block UV damage and prevent material aging. The material also has good heat resistance and can maintain stable performance at higher temperatures, making it suitable for long-term use in various environments.
3. Environmental protection and sustainability:
