The core of one-way visual materials lies in their unique perforation design, which allows light and sight to penetrate in one direction, thus providing additional security and privacy protection while maintaining visual appeal. The realization of perforation is not a simple mechanical operation, but a comprehensive application of precision machinery, laser technology and material science.
At HANKER, we use advanced laser perforation technology to achieve precise perforation of vinyl materials. Compared with traditional mechanical perforation methods, laser perforation has higher accuracy, faster speed and stronger flexibility. The laser beam can accurately control the size, shape and distribution of perforations at the micron level, ensuring the consistency and beauty of the visual effect of one-way visual materials.
We have also introduced an intelligent control system that can automatically adjust the output power, moving speed and perforation mode of the laser according to preset parameters to meet the needs and application scenarios of different customers. This highly automated production method not only improves production efficiency, but also greatly reduces human errors, ensuring the stability and consistency of each batch of products.
Ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of perforations is the key to the quality of one-way vision materials. HANKER achieves this goal through strict control and optimization in the following aspects:
High-precision laser equipment: We use industry-leading laser perforation equipment, which is equipped with a precise optical system and a stable laser source, and can form extremely uniform and precise micro-holes on the surface of the material. The focusing diameter of the laser beam is as small as a few microns, ensuring the fineness of the perforation and the smoothness of the edges.
Material pretreatment: Before laser perforation, printable perforated self adhesive vinyl materials need to undergo a strict pretreatment process, including surface cleaning, flatness and thickness uniformity detection. These steps ensure that the material will not be affected by surface defects or uneven thickness during the perforation process.
Intelligent algorithm optimization: Our intelligent control system has built-in advanced algorithms that can dynamically adjust laser parameters according to the physical properties of the material and the complexity of the perforation pattern to ensure uniform distribution and precise size of the perforations. The system can also monitor the data during the perforation process in real time and adjust the strategy in time to deal with any possible deviations.
Quality control system: Each batch of perforated materials will undergo strict quality inspection, including using a microscope to observe the morphology, size and distribution of the perforations, and evaluating the compliance of its one-way visual effect through transmittance testing.
