• Material selection and pretreatment        HANKER selects high-quality floor vinyl and floor laminate as base materials. Floor vinyl is selected with excellent adhesion and wear resistance, and the printable mask covered on its surface is specially treated, which not only enhances the printing effect but also ensures a close bond with the underlying material. Anti-slip floor laminating film are made of high-strength and high-transparency materials, and their transparent masks are designed with microstructures that enhance adhesion, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent lamination process. Before the materials enter the production line, all raw materials are strictly inspected and pretreated to ensure that there are no impurities and the humidity is moderate, creating conditions for good interlayer bonding.

• Lamination process optimization        HANKER uses advanced hot-press lamination technology to promote the mutual penetration and fusion of molecules between layers of materials by precisely controlling temperature, pressure and time parameters. Especially at the interface between floor vinyl and laminate, by adjusting the hot pressing temperature and applying uniform pressure, the special adhesive on the mask can effectively penetrate into the laminate microstructure, forming a strong chemical bond and mechanical lock, thereby greatly improving the interlayer bonding force. In addition, HANKER has also developed a special laminating adhesive, which has excellent weather resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical stability, further enhancing the durability of the interlayer.

• Texture design and processing        In order to meet the dual needs of aesthetics and practicality in application scenarios such as ground direction identification and indoor ground advertising, HANKER has designed fine textures on the surface of the floor lamination film. These textures are not only precisely formed by physical engraving or laser printing technology, but also in the lamination process, through specific process treatment, to ensure the close fit of the texture and the substrate, avoid interlayer stress concentration caused by texture protrusions, thereby reducing the risk of delamination.
